"These can easily be combined with reds but I don't plan on doing reds any time soon, if ever, so I wanted to get as much progress in this level as I could tolerate. This is already a really hard star, around the same difficulty as B3 reds in this hack and to be quite honest, just as bad as B3 reds. This star is really RNG heavy when not combined with reds, fortunately I had a pretty good route and some strats to mitigate RNG but it can still fuck you over. Before I developed some new ending strats, I had to do a harder ending and ended up choking with 91 coins. Star 1 path is the bulk of the difficulty here, but the ending is really chokable. S1 path becomes a decent bit harder when you're worrying about coins, but at least only my 3rd or 4th attempt to make it all the way through that path got the star." ~ MorningStormSM64
