I am an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Economic and Social Research of Jinan University in Guangzhou China. I obtained my Ph.D. candidate in economics from the University of Rochester.

My research interests include public economics, political economics, labor economics, and inequality.

I view myself as an applied economist with broad interest in economic theory.
