Overview
Kairo Gauge helps users create local profiles, add medication entries, view scheduled dose times, record dose actions, review dose history, open the privacy policy in a WebView, and make optional Google Play contribution purchases.

Information We Collect
The app stores information you enter directly on your device, including profile names, profile colors, medication names, medication details, schedule settings, app settings, and dose log records such as scheduled time, recorded time, action, and optional note. This information is stored locally with Hive. Google Play may process purchase-related information when you choose to make an optional contribution.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The app does not include account registration, authentication, cloud sync, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, location access, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, or photo library access. The app does not intentionally collect government identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, audio, or video.

How We Use Information
Locally stored information is used to show schedules, profile-specific medication lists, dose history, settings, and app state on your device. Purchase product identifiers are used only to display and process voluntary contribution purchases through Google Play Billing.

Data Sharing
The app does not send your local profile, medication, settings, or dose history data to the developer. Optional purchases are handled by Google Play Billing, and the privacy policy page is loaded through a WebView using an internet connection.

Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Play Billing for optional in-app contribution purchases and WebView technology to display the privacy policy URL. These services may process technical or purchase-related data according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Data Storage and Security
Your app data is stored locally on your device using Hive storage. The app does not implement its own cloud backup or server-side storage. Device-level protections, operating system backups, and platform security settings may affect how local data is protected.

Data Retention and Deletion
Local data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it inside the app where available, clear app data, or uninstall the app. The Settings screen includes a delete-all-data action that removes profiles, medications, dose logs, and settings from local app storage. Purchase history is managed by Google Play.

Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed to children. If you believe a child has entered information into the app, remove the information from the device or uninstall the app.

User Choices
You can choose what profile, medication, and dose information to enter. You can skip optional contributions. You can use device settings to manage app storage and internet access where the operating system allows.

Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when app behavior, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when a new policy is published.
