Kahinia – Fortune Realm (“Kahinia,” “we,” “our,” or “the application”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding your information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on the features you use, Kahinia may process:
• Profile information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, birth date, zodiac sign, mood, and preferences.
• Fortune-reading questions, dream descriptions, journal entries, and other text entered into the application.
• Photos you voluntarily select or capture when using photo-based fortune-reading features.
• Voice or microphone data when you choose to use voice-enabled features.
• Reading history, favorites, application preferences, and usage information.
• Anonymous account identifiers used to provide application services.
• Device information, advertising identifiers, diagnostic information, and application interaction data collected by service providers.
Kahinia only accesses the camera, microphone, photos, notifications, or similar device features after receiving the required permission from you.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
• Generate personalized AI-powered fortune readings and interpretations.
• Provide horoscope, tarot, dream interpretation, numerology, and related entertainment features.
• Save your preferences and reading history.
• Process and verify premium subscriptions.
• Display advertisements where applicable.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.
• Diagnose errors and improve application performance.
3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Some Kahinia features use artificial intelligence to generate readings and interpretations.
Text, questions, and photos submitted for AI-powered features may be securely transmitted to our backend service and AI service providers for processing.
AI-generated readings are provided solely for entertainment purposes. They must not be considered medical, financial, legal, psychological, or professional advice.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Kahinia may use the following service providers:
• OpenAI or similar AI providers for generating interpretations.
• Supabase for backend services, anonymous authentication, security, and usage-limit management.
• Google Play for application distribution and payment processing.
• RevenueCat for subscription management and verification.
• Google AdMob for advertisements and related measurement.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
5. PHOTOS, CAMERA, AND MICROPHONE
Camera, photo, and microphone access is only used when you actively choose a feature requiring that access.
Photos or voice data submitted to AI-powered features may be temporarily processed to generate the requested result. You should not submit photos, recordings, or information belonging to another person without their permission.
6. ADVERTISING
Kahinia may display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, and application interaction data to provide and measure advertisements.
You can manage advertising preferences through your device and Google account settings.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat.
Kahinia does not directly collect or store your complete payment card information. Payment and purchase information is handled according to Google Play and RevenueCat policies.
8. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Some information, including preferences and reading history, may be stored locally on your device.
Information processed through backend or third-party services is retained only as necessary to provide services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
9. DATA DELETION
You may delete locally stored application data using the “Delete Account” option available within Kahinia’s settings or by uninstalling the application.

Include “Kahinia Data Deletion Request” in the email subject. We may request reasonable information to verify and process your request.
Deleting Kahinia data does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Kahinia is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
11. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted network connections where applicable.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
• Request access to your personal information.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent for optional permissions.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Contact your local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy when application features, legal requirements, or service providers change.
