I am a PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Houston, Texas. My interests are in computational mathematics and numerical PDEs with a focus on ocean dynamics.

Before beginning my doctoral studies, I earned my MS and BS in Mathematics from the University of Dhaka. I also served as a Lecturer of Mathematics at Daffodil International University, Bangladesh. 

Alongside my academic journey, I worked as a Research Consultant for the UNESCO Dhaka Office. I also bring leadership experience as Co-Founder of Elation Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to quality education in rural Bangladesh, and as Director of Ryzeal Sourcing, a global apparel-buying house.
