Summer 2013, we have a new female pup to eventually to take over Bonnie's role. "Dancer" is from near Grand Rapids and has some show in lineage (but not related!) in her ancestry. Lovely light gold-cream and spunky personality! Minutes out of the car she was nursing on Maehlie, then Bonnie, then exploring! Not a timid girl. Puppy class in August is first. But she blended pretty well with my litter of Bonnie's pups and led the way in there! Attached below are some photos of her sire and more of Dancer. this site is not allowing me to add photos to the page
December 2015. OFA hips are Good! She now has her Chick number and All 4 clearances:)
1/17 More good news: She is also neg for (Progressive Retinal Atrophy ) GR-PRA1 and 2 and MD (muscular Dystrophy) She does not have nor will pass on those genes to her pups.
She has turned into an excellent, well balanced, dancy, happy girl. Good bone and size, black pigment (nose, skin), beautiful full coat, carries tail high and happy. Loves to retrieve and catch tennis balls!
The photo on right is at 12 mos in Nov. absolutely loves the snow and has a gorgeous coat. This frigid winter has barely slowed her down from climbing on the snow hills. I have to make her come inside! She plays with everyone including Andy and loves to fetch the ball. Dog training class in March 2014 has been great! Classes in fall. Wow, she was picked as the example pup several times first night! She is very loving and loves to play fetch! Is able to catch the ball mid air sometimes.
She is the mother of Gypsy and a wonderful mom to 4 litters. She pased in spring 2018 after a C section .Terribly missed. gorgeous loving, my favorite .
