Registration may be closed earlier than the announced deadline.
SSRC (Stochastic Stemness Research Center) is a science research center in South Korea that aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of stochastic stemness by using single-cell based transcriptomics, genomics, epigenomics, and high-resolution imaging techniques to analyze chromatin 3D structures. K4DN (Korea 4D Nucleome) is a group of Korean scientists who are interested in the spatiotemporal organization of the nucleus. As both groups share a common interest in nuclear organization, we designed this symposium to bring together prominent experts from the fields of epigenomics, bioinformatics, biophysics, and cell biology to discuss recent advances in nucleome research from an interdisciplinary perspective. We expect this symposium to stimulate active discussions and collaborations among participants.
