1. User playlists are stored only on the user’s device and are not synchronized with any server.

2. Data collected through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics is transmitted to and stored on Google LLC servers, which may be located outside the user’s country, including in the United States, the European Union, or Asia.

3. Data transferred abroad is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and security standards.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties)

The App does not provide personal data to third parties unless required by applicable law.

Article 5 (Children’s Privacy and Age Restriction)

1. The App is intended for users aged 16 and above.
