2. 위치 정보 이용
본 앱은 GPS 기반 실시간 위치 정보를 활용하여 궁궐 내 스팟 도착을 감지하고 음성 해설을 자동으로 제공합니다. 위치 정보는 앱 내부에서만 처리되며, 기기 내부, 당사 서버 또는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
백그라운드 위치 권한은 앱 화면이 꺼지거나 최소화된 상태에서도 스팟 도착을 감지하기 위해 사용됩니다. 이 권한은 오디오 가이드 트리거 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
3. 카메라 및 미디어 접근
'추억 남기기' 기능을 위해 카메라 촬영 및 기기 내 사진 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 촬영된 사진은 기기 내 로컬 데이터베이스(SQLite)에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
4. 로컬 데이터 저장
앱 내에서 생성한 추억(사진, 메모 등) 및 사용자 설정은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 앱 삭제, 데이터 초기화, 기기 변경 시 해당 데이터는 영구 삭제될 수 있습니다.
5. 인터넷 및 외부 API
본 앱은 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr)에 등록된 한국관광공사 제공 API를 통해 외국어 오디오 가이드 콘텐츠를 실시간으로 호출합니다. 이 과정에서 개인정보는 전송되지 않으며, API 호출 로그는 공공데이터 포털 정책에 따라 관리됩니다. 모든 외부 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
6. 알림
스팟 도착 시 로컬 푸시 알림을 발송합니다. 알림은 외부 서버 없이 기기 내부에서만 생성되며, 알림 관련 데이터는 수집되지 않습니다.
7. 제3자 정보 제공
당사는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

Infoshare (developer: BJ HWANG, hereinafter "we," "us," or "our") operates the K-palace Ai Guide (한국 궁궐 Ai 가이드) mobile application (the "Service"). We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) when you use our Service.
2. Location Information
This app uses real-time GPS location data to detect your arrival at palace spots and automatically trigger audio commentary. Location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Background location permission is used solely to detect spot arrivals when the app is minimized or the screen is off, enabling the audio guide trigger to function continuously during your palace visit.
3. Camera and Media Access
The "Memories" feature requests camera and media storage permissions to allow you to take and save photos. All photos are stored only in a local database (SQLite) on your device and are never transmitted externally.
4. Local Data Storage
All data you create within the app—including memories (photos and notes) and user settings—is stored entirely on your local device. If you uninstall the app, clear app data, or change devices, your locally saved data may be permanently deleted.
5. Internet and External API
This app calls the Korea Tourism Organization Open Data Portal API in real time to retrieve foreign-language audio guide content. No personal information is transmitted during these API calls. Call logs are managed in accordance with the Open Data Portal's policies. All external communications are encrypted using HTTPS.
6. Notifications
The app sends local push notifications when you arrive at a palace spot. These notifications are generated entirely on your device without any external server, and no notification-related data is collected.
7. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
