The K-Mall Reward Point System is a customer loyalty program designed to encourage engagement and repeat purchases by allowing users to earn, track, and redeem reward points both online and in-store.
The system integrates seamlessly across the K-Mall Mobile App, Backend Server, and Admin Panel to deliver a transparent and rewarding experience for customers and administrators.
Customers can earn reward points through various actions, including:
Signing Up or Completing Profile – New users receive bonus points upon registration or profile completion.
Purchasing Products – Points are automatically awarded for purchases (e.g., 1 point per ₹10 spent).
Barcode / QR Code Scanning – Customers can scan product or store QR codes to instantly earn points.
Automatic Management – The system calculates and updates the user’s balance automatically after every eligible transaction.
Users can redeem their accumulated points for discounts, exclusive products, or promotional offers.
Points can be redeemed online via the app or in-store by scanning a QR/barcode.
Redemption value is deducted from the available point balance in real time.
Every redemption is securely recorded in the user’s transaction history for transparency.
Users can manage their reward activity through the “My Rewards” or “Points History” section in the app.
This includes:
Total available points
Earned and redeemed transactions
Expired or expiring points
Redemption options and expiry notifications

This Privacy Policy applies to the K-Mall mobile application, created and operated by K-Mall, offered as a free service and provided “AS IS".
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

Pages visited within the Application, with timestamps and duration
Total time spent using the Application
Device operating system
Approximate device location (if permission granted)
Geolocation Services: Deliver personalized content and location-based features.

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall process or the app marketplace option.
