K-HOUSE is a small, shared house that was originally used as a dormitory for music students, known as Kurumi-so.
Around 2010, we transformed into an international shared house, opening its doors not only to students but to people from all over the world.
K-HOUSEもともと「胡桃荘」という小さな学生寮でした。
三軒茶屋という便利な立地を活かして、2010年頃からシェアハウスとして様々な方を受け入れ始めました。
１ヶ月から賃貸可能。外国人を含めた学生や社会人の方が住んでいます。

A comfy simple private room in a 3-floor shared house.
The room is fully furnished. The shared spaces are bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining space and a rooftop with a laundry drying space.

This is an international shared house accommodating up to 15 tenants, each with their own private room.
The house is owned and carefully managed by my family. Although we live about an hour away, we visit every week to clean and ensure everything is well maintained. We have welcomed more than 300 tenants from all over the world.
While this is a shared house, we strive to support our residents like family whenever needed. We hope you will enjoy starting your new life in Sangenjaya, Tokyo.
