The deliver component will support my implementation of the ASCA National Model by establishing what my direct and indirect student services will encompass. The distribution of time allotted by a school counselor is essential in making sure that tasks are valuable and within purpose for roles to be completed by the school counselor. This component directly impacts how much of a school counselors time is spent in specific areas while being mindful that 80% of the school counselors time should be spent on direct services for students and 20% on indirect services. Both areas are important to a successful school counseling program. The following assignments are examples of areas within the deliver component.
Direct Student Services
Direct student services is an area where much of my time and learning has been spent in finding how the delivery of these services is going to be the most effective in growing and developing the school counseling program. The assignments below represent this growth.
Individual Student Planning - the assignments represent the areas of direct services and display my growth in helping students with plans to support academic, career, and social emotional development.
Responsive Services - Throughout my internship I have grown in my skills set and knowledge of counseling, crisis intervention, consultation and referral as well as applied actions in each category.

Indirect Student Services
Indirect services are those areas that involve school stakeholders in enhancing services for students. These services have been through consultation and collaboration. My growth in indirect services is displayed in assignments below
Consultation - My growth in consultation has been evident through the supports experienced within my internship. Participation in school policies and protocols that best support students are going to indirectly support students.
Collaboration - Collaboration with parents, students, teachers, administrators and other school stakeholders within our community has been such an area of learning and development for me and I am looking forward to establishing further collaboration in order to best support students.
