• JYCHEYI White USB C — biggest strength: a 1.2 m (3.93 ft) cord, in-ear polycarbonate build, and an unusually broad device list that runs from iPhone 17/16/15 all the way through iPad Pro, MacBook Air/Pro, Galaxy S and Pixel.
• JYCHEYI White USB C — biggest trade-off: noise control is listed as None, so you get passive sound isolation from the solid insulating material rather than any electronics doing the work.
• Mutsrd 2 — biggest strength: you get two pairs in one box, plus a built-in DAC chip and active noise cancellation, on a 1 m cord with metal-plated connectors.
• Mutsrd 2 — biggest trade-off: the warranty field is listed as NO, and the 1 m cord is shorter than JYCHEYI's.
• Choose JYCHEYI White USB C if you want one pair, a longer reach to your laptop or tablet, and a stated 12-month assurance.
• Choose Mutsrd 2 if you want a spare pair, quieter listening on commutes and flights, and don't mind a shorter cable.
The JYCHEYI White USB C (model P4) is a wired in-ear set with a USB-C plug, a dynamic driver rated 20 Hz – 20,000 Hz, and a rounded-tip design in white polycarbonate. It weighs 15 g. The headline number for most buyers is the cable: 1.2 m / 3.93 ft, which is meaningfully longer than the 1 m you get from the Mutsrd option. If you plug into a MacBook that sits behind the laptop on a stand, or into an iPad you hold at arm's length, those extra 20 cm show up in daily use.
Control is on the wire: a push-button remote handles volume, playback and calls, so you can answer and hang up without pulling the phone out of a pocket — useful while walking, driving with one hand free, or working at a desk. Compatibility is the other strong point. The sheet lists iPhone 17/17 Air/17 Pro/17 Pro Max, the 16 and 15 families, iPad Pro in 12.9-inch and 11-inch sizes plus the 2024 13-inch M4, iPad 10th, iPad Air 5/4, iPad Mini 6, and MacBook Air/Pro from 12 to 16 inches across M4/M3/M2/M1 generations. On the Android side it covers Galaxy S20 through S22 Ultra and S21 FE, plus Pixel 6 Pro down to Pixel 2.
I'd steer you here if you want one pair, a longer cord, and a fit that disappears in an ear for a couple of hours. I'd skip it if you fly a lot, or if you lose or break earbuds often enough that a second pair in the drawer matters more than anything else.
Mutsrd 2: Who It's For
Mutsrd 2 is sold as a 2-pack — the box ships two white USB-C in-ear sets, not one. Same dynamic driver, same 20 Hz – 20,000 Hz range. The cord is 1 m and the connectors are metal-plated, which the listing frames as reducing poor-contact dropouts. There's a built-in DAC chip, and the claim attached to it is no buzzing, no popping, just plug-and-play.
The feature that separates it is active noise cancellation. JYCHEYI lists none. Mutsrd lists ANC, and for anyone who commutes by train, bus or plane, that's the whole argument in one line. The remote does the same job set as the JYCHEYI wire — volume up/down, track skip, pause, answer/end/reject call — plus the listing mentions rejecting calls specifically, which is handy when a number you don't want is calling and your phone is in a bag.
Compatibility is at least as wide. The sheet names iPhone 17/16/15 in all their variants including 16e and 17 Air, 2024 iPad Pro 11-inch and 13-inch (M4), iPad 10th, iPad Air 6/5/4, iPad Mini 6 and Mini 7 (A17 Pro), MacBook and MacBook Pro, Galaxy S20 through S26 Ultra, the Z Fold 2–7 and Z Flip 3–7 lines, and Galaxy A-series models including A53, A54 and A56.
Two honest caveats. First, the cord is 1 m — a full 20 cm shorter than JYCHEYI's, which is noticeable if your USB-C port is far from your seat. Second, the warranty description field reads NO, and the age range is listed as kids and adults, which tells you this is positioned as a general-purpose, replace-it-when-it-goes product rather than one backed by a stated assurance period. If you want two pairs so one lives in a bag and one lives at the desk, that trade-off is usually worth it.
Side-by-Side: Which Should You Choose?
• Best for quiet listening → Mutsrd 2. It's the only one of the two with active noise cancellation listed.
• Best for cable reach → JYCHEYI White USB C. 1.2 m beats 1 m, and that gap matters at a desk or with a tablet.
• Best for a stated assurance period → JYCHEYI White USB C. Its sheet lists a 12-month quality assurance; Mutsrd's warranty field says NO.
• Best for connector durability claims → Mutsrd 2. Metal-plated connectors and a strengthened cord are called out in the listing.
• Best for audio-path cleanliness → Mutsrd 2. The built-in DAC chip is the feature aimed at avoiding buzz and pops.
• Best for the widest device list → Mutsrd 2, narrowly. It reaches further into current Galaxy S26, Z Fold 7 and A-series territory; JYCHEYI goes deeper into older Pixel and OnePlus models.
• Best for travel-light simplicity → JYCHEYI White USB C. One pair, one longer cable, no second set to keep track of.
In my opinion, most people should buy Mutsrd 2. Two pairs plus active noise cancellation plus a DAC chip is a lot of practical value for one purchase, and if you're the kind of person who keeps earbuds in a jacket pocket, having a second set is the difference between listening today and not. I'd pick JYCHEYI White USB C instead if your priority is a longer cord and a stated 12-month assurance — that's a real, documented difference, and it's the reason I'd hand it to someone using a laptop dock or a tablet. Check the current price on Amazon before you commit; both change often enough that the gap between them is worth a look.
Not universally. Mutsrd 2 gives you two pairs, active noise cancellation and a DAC chip. JYCHEYI gives you a longer 1.2 m cable and a listed 12-month assurance. Which one is "better" depends on whether you value a spare pair or a longer cord more.
Does JYCHEYI White USB C have noise cancelling?
The JYCHEYI White USB C cable is 1.2 m (about 3.93 ft). The Mutsrd 2 cable is 1 m. If you plug into a laptop on a stand or a tablet you hold away from you, the extra length on the JYCHEYI matters.
Both list iPhone 17, 16 and 15 families, including Plus, Pro and Pro Max. Mutsrd also names the 16e. As long as your phone uses a USB-C port rather than Lightning, both are designed to plug straight in with no adapter.
