The 'Fat Pod' is the foundation of everything we do at JWWJ and was the Kickstarter to the whole project. Jay & Zack get together once a week to discuss their successes, their failures and all things weird around the world. 'The Boyos' are joined by the occasional guest to discuss a more varied way to reach your goals whether it be simply to lose weight or pack on the muscle.
