This glorified Concavenator just can't seem to stop healing! Almost all of its abilities allow it to recover health, making it tough to take down. Though Concatosaurus has been powercrept a lot within the past few updates, it still packs a punch at a high level and is very strong down in lower arenas where the top apexes aren't everywhere.
