Affiliate Terms & Conditions:

Please read the following terms carefully before joining the program. On being approved for the affiliate program you agree to NOT do the things mentioned in the points below. And that by doing any of these, you will be terminated from the program along with commissions being forfeited without any recourse:

• Any “negative” PPC campaigns or iframe domain campaigns such as "Product name / Author name Scam" or any other controversial methods to increase click-thru rates that portray a negative view of the product to an ordinary person are NOT allowed. Any such method harms the image of the company and individuals featured in the product, and you will be removed from the program immediately.

• Avoid using raw affiliate links where possible. We encourage you to use Re-direct links in your E-Mails and web campaigns over the direct affiliate link you receive. This increases conversions for both of us, so it is a win-win. (Ultimately the choice is up to you.

• ‘Self’ purchase commissions can be nullified or held back. You are not liable for any commission on your own purchase.

• iFrames, review sites, and cloaked domains are permitted, but only if they do not contain any negative or offensive domain URLs.

• For affiliates with less than 50 sales on W+/JVzoo, affiliate payments will be set to delayed. For all other affiliates, commissions will be set to instant. We will need a brief description of how you will be carrying out the promotion and any links to your own websites or warrior forum profile.

• Any use of misleading claims, inaccurate information or false testimonials (or anything that does not comply with FTC guidelines) will result in your affiliate account being revoked immediately. We run a legitimate business, and always correctly illustrate and represent our products and their features and benefits to the customers.

• A vendor holds the right to TERMINATE any affiliate found to be breaking any rules or using any grey-hat/black-hat marketing practices to drive sales or for any other reason.

• Creating social media pages with the product name or brand name is strictly prohibited, so as to avoid confusion and prevent abuse. Any affiliate found using "brand name", "website name" or "product images" on their FaceBook Fanpage or other social platforms to promote the product without permission will be banned immediately.

• Giving cash rebates is not allowed as it may increase refund rates. Any kind of cash discounts are not permitted.
