Juyoung Lee

Hello, I'm Juyoung Lee. I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mathematics at the University of British Columbia since September 2026.

Previously, I was a Research Fellow at the Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS) until August 2026. I received my Ph.D. degree in the Department of Mathematics at Seoul National University in August 2023 under the supervision of Prof. Sanghyuk Lee. I also received my Bachelor's degree in the Department of Mathematics at Seoul National University in August 2016.

I majored in Harmonic Analysis during my Ph.D. program. I am especially interested in maximal averages, decoupling inequality, the square function estimate, and the local smoothing estimate.
