Protecting your privacy is important to us. Juviro is a locally playable spatial puzzle game.
Juviro does not require a user account, display advertisements, or use analytics, tracking, or social networking services. The developer does not operate a server for the app and does not collect personal gameplay information.
Information Stored Locally
Juviro stores only the following game and preference information locally on the user’s device:
• selected app language
• personal high score for the standard game mode
• personal high score for the Echo Step game mode
• local entitlement status for the Echo Step expansion
• settings required for the app to operate correctly
This locally stored information is not transmitted to the developer and is not shared with other individuals or companies.
In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing
Juviro offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the Echo Step expansion.
The product is identified within Google Play as:
Product ID: juviro_echo_step
Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play. Google may process purchase-related information, including purchase status, product ID, transaction identifier, country, currency, payment method, and other information required to complete and manage the transaction.
The developer does not receive complete credit card, bank account, or other complete payment details.
Juviro communicates with the Google Play Billing service to:
• retrieve the localized product price
• open the official Google purchase dialog
• verify whether the purchase was completed
• acknowledge completed purchases
• unlock the purchased expansion
• restore an existing purchase after an app restart or reinstallation

Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Juviro contains:
• no advertising
• no personalized advertising
• no analytics services
• no tracking services
• no social networking services
• no location access
• no user accounts
• no developer-operated cloud storage
• no independent transmission of game progress to external servers
Device Permissions
Juviro does not request unnecessary access to device functions or sensitive information.
The app does not request access to the user’s:
• location
• camera
• microphone
• contacts
• photos or videos
• phone calls
• text messages
• health information
The Google Play Billing interface is used solely to provide and restore the optional Echo Step purchase.
Data Sharing
The developer does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information.
Purchase processing is performed by Google Play. Google acts independently when processing payment and transaction information according to its own terms and privacy policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress, language selection, settings, and locally stored entitlement information remain on the device until:
• the app’s storage is cleared through the Android settings, or
• Juviro is uninstalled from the device
Users can delete all locally stored Juviro data at any time by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
After reinstallation, a permanent purchase made through Google Play may be detected and restored. Purchase and payment records retained by Google are subject to Google’s applicable legal and contractual retention requirements.
Because Juviro does not provide user accounts or operate its own servers, the developer does not store personal player accounts or server-side game progress that would require a separate deletion request.
Data Security
Juviro limits data processing to what is technically required for the app to function.
Locally stored information remains within the protected application storage area of the Android device. Optional purchases are processed exclusively through the official Google Play Billing interface.
No method of electronic storage or processing can guarantee absolute security. However, Juviro is designed to minimize data handling and does not independently transmit personal gameplay information to the developer.
Children’s Privacy
Juviro is a general spatial puzzle and brain-training game and is not specifically directed at children.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Juviro does not contain advertising, social communication features, user accounts, or independently operated tracking services.
International Users
Juviro may be available in multiple countries. The developer does not independently transfer personal gameplay information between countries because the app does not operate a developer-controlled server.
Transactions made through Google Play may be processed by Google in accordance with Google’s applicable policies and international data-processing practices.
