My platform begins with expanding access to full-day preschool so every child in Johnston starts school ready to learn. Early investment builds a stronger foundation for future academic success and supports families across our growing community. I will also prioritize addressing the teacher shortage by advocating for policies and resources that attract and retain quality educators. Strong academics remain a core priority, challenging students while ensuring support for diverse needs. To prepare students beyond graduation, I support expanding college and career readiness pathways, including STEM, technical education, and partnerships with local employers that foster professional readiness and hands-on experience. By linking strong early learning, strong teachers, and strong career pathways, we can ensure Johnston schools remain the foundation of a thriving community.
