(last updated 1/18/2024)

This evolving site is intended to unlock resources for Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and historically disinvested communities to accelerate their community-led climate and environmental solutions. Here, we offer a steady flow of public Justice40-related funding opportunities, data, and resources and will update it over time. This is especially crucial given the historic, once-in-a-generation level of funding now flowing from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL).

If you're a community leader serving or living on the frontlines of environmental and climate injustices - these resources are for you! Anything that includes "equity", "justice", or "Justice40" is information that is, in every way, about you. Now, it's time to make Justice40 benefits accessible to you. You should know: Justice40 Initiative climate investment funding and benefits are intended to flow to you and into your community over the next 10 years. Now, we need a plan to implement these benefits for real and lasting climate, clean energy, and community outcomes.

This site can help you:

If you're affiliated with government or business at any level, please directly share this resource site with community-based organizations, especially those residing and serving in areas affected first and worst by climate disasters and environmental injustices. Whether by phone call, email, social post, or in-person conversations - the sharing of these resources is an action to move equity as a principle into equity as a practice. We highlight several resources to help local and state governments foster meaningful community engagement, co-develop partnerships and proposals, and center community strengths, priorities, and solutions.
