參加「問心講」真人圖書館,開展你的身心健康之旅吧!這個精神健康活動旨在推廣正向教育和啟發人們對心理健康的認識,以及消除心理疾病和尋求專業幫助的迷思。每個單元都會有來自科大的 「友伴同行」大使 和來自不同社區組織的代表,化身成真人圖書細訴自己的故事。
活動期間,您將有機會聆聽兩本真人圖書的個人經歷和故事。 每次「閱讀 」完一本書之後,我們鼓勵您與真人圖書作進一步的互動,提問與分享內容相關問題、回應或者支持。 活動的最後會有身心健康共鳴環節,以促進有意義的對話和交流。

This is a HMAW1905 recognized event in the "Personal Enrichment & Community Service" category under the "Self-directed Experience" of HMAW1905: Behavioral Foundations of University Education: Habits, Mindsets, and Wellness.
To receive HMAW1905 course hours, you must complete pre- and post-visit evaluation questionnaire and attend the event in full and miss no more than 10mins.
Participants can choose books in their preferred language (English or Cantonese) during the borrowing session, while the Get-together session will be conducted in English.
Take-away refreshments will be served.

Each participant can borrow a maximum of 2 living books at the event. The borrowing time for each book is limited to 20 minutes, including 10 minutes for story sharing and 10 minutes for a Q&A session. If needed, the time can be extended by a maximum of 5 minutes.
Please note that the living books are for in-house reading only and cannot be borrowed or taken outside the event.
Respect the privacy of the living books. If the conversation veers off the designated topics, the living book has the right to decline answering questions or end the borrowing session.
Please respect the lived experiences of the living books and embrace our differences.
Recording audio, video, or taking photographs of the living books before, during, or after the borrowing process is strictly prohibited without prior consent.
Avoid requesting or sharing personal contact information with the living books during the interaction.
Treat the books with care. Inappropriate behavior towards the living books, such as verbal abuse, insults, defamation, harassment, or personal attacks, will result in the termination of the borrowing by the organizer.
參加者在活動中可以借閱最多2本真人圖書。每本真人圖書借閱時間以20分鐘為限,當中包含15分鐘真人圖書分享時間以及5分鐘問答交流時間,必要時可以延長最多5分鐘。
真人圖書只限在場內閱讀,不提供外借服務。
請尊重真人圖書的隱私,對話若超越真人圖書借閱活動所訂定之交流主題範疇,真人圖書有權選擇拒絕回答提問,或隨時終止借閱。
請尊重真人圖書的生命經歷,並尊重彼此的差異。
除得到真人圖書的事前同意,不得在借閱過程中與前後錄音、錄影或拍照。
請勿在交流過程中向真人圖書索取或交換個人聯絡資料。
請愛惜圖書,若借閱者與真人圖書有任何不當言行,如謾罵、侮辱、詆毀、騷擾、人身攻擊等,主辦方有權終止借閱。
