Worked with some Architectural and Construction Firms in Davao City, Cagayan De Oro City and Metro Manila.

I primarily work with Contemporary and Tropical Modern Architecture.

Modular Cabinetry Projects

Here are some of the projects that I made for an Australian Company, these projects are showcasing their wood handles for kitchens, cabinets, bathrooms, closets etc. Uses a combination of melamine marine plywood in oak and walnut solid wood handles.

Proposed Master Bedroom - Toilet & Bath Renovation

These are the working drawings and design proposal I made for an interior renovation in Davao City,

Non-skid ceramic floor and wall tiles for that classy and elegant look!

Wood accent and laminates in Mahogany finish.

Cabinetry

Melamine faced marine plywood in oak finish with moonbeam solid wood handles.

Proposed Bridal Suite

For custom made closets and storage I opted using Melamine Faced MDF Boards and Marine Plywood for the Kitchen Cabinetries.

Custom Sofa uses Gemelina wood with detachable cushions, and as for the wall laminates, I used a combination of LPL and HPL.

Carpets are Sisal Rugs in with typical roll size of 4meters, and as for the flooring we are planning on using Luxury Vinyl Tiles.

With heavy Drapes S-fold curtains.

This is a practice scene i made using Enscape, had a bit of extra time so I played with some lighting, textures and materials.

Walkthru Animations

Softwares that I primarily use are:

Autocad - For 2D Drafting, detailing, fabrication drawings and plans.

SketchUp - For 3D Modelling.

Lumion - For Exterior Renders and Animations.

Enscape - For Interior Scenes and Walkthrus.

I also use Photoshop, Filmora, Canva and Microsoft Suite of apps.

Long House Cabin

I have always been fascinated with cabins and long houses. There’s something timeless about the way they stretch along the land—unhurried, grounded, and quietly resilient.

Kapatagan Resort & Events Place

One of our projects situated in Jala-Jala Rizal. It is a mixed-use complex modelled after "Abagatan Ti Manila.

Perched on a site surrounded by rice fields and vegetations, this project aims to provide a place for staycation and escape the bustling city environment.

Proposed 3 Storey residential building

-As we take you on a virtual tour through its three levels, you'll be captivated by the seamless blend of form and function, the abundance of natural light, and the thoughtful details that make this house a dream come true for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

3 Storey Mixed-Use Residential Building

Situated in Paco, Manila. This is a 3 Storey mixed-use residential building with roof deck. The ground floor units are rentable spaces while the second floor, third floor and the roof deck are designed for family dwellings.

We used melamine marine plywood (Java Teak & Blushing Mahogany).

Boho Chic Condominium Unit - Davao City

One of my freelance project located in Ivory Residences, Davao City. This is a Boho inspired design prioritizing neutral colors, wooden accents and light materials.

Proposed 2 Storey Residential Building in Davao City

This house has a modern look with two stories, a composite shed roof, and huge windows that let in a ton of natural light. The balcony with its glass railing is a nice touch, making it look even sleeker. The outside mix of concrete and wood really gives it a chic vibe.

This is an Exterior Improvement project for an apartment building. The client tasked me to improve the exterior of the building while maintaining its original form. Characterized by operable sun-shading devices and neutral toned blinds.
