About me

I am a Lead Data Scientist at Lyft, focusing on machine learning solutions in recommendations and purchasing on Lyft Rider App. 

Before joining Lyft, I received my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Michigan State University. My research field is bio-mathematics in relation to mathematical modeling, numerical analysis, and partial differential equations.

Outside of work, I'm an active conference speaker, technical blogger and open source library logo designer.
