I am interested in the early Solar System and the processes that shaped its formation and evolution. I study these questions by examining the chemical and isotopic records preserved inside meteorites and other extraterrestrial materials. My research focuses on trying to understand how the Solar System formed and evolved, and how these processes might connect to the emergence of life. I am interested in studying early planetary materials, and I’m especially interested in primitive materials that retain clues about the environments in which our planetary system began.
