4. SCOPE OF SERVICES & PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER Phone Cleaner & Junk Cleaner provides mobile maintenance tools, including temporary file cleanup, storage management, and device monitoring.
Disclaimer: Real-world performance outcomes vary based on your device model, available system resources, and hardware health. We explicitly do not guarantee specific speed boosts, battery life extension, or precise storage recovery figures.
5. ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT To maintain platform security and system stability, you must not:
Transmit viruses, trojans, spyware, or any other malicious scripts through the app.
Employ scrapers, spiders, bots, or automated routines to access our system infrastructure.
Impair, disrupt, or overload the network operations supporting the Services.
Utilize the software for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive operations.
6. DATA PRIVACY Your privacy is important to us. Information handling practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By accessing our Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in alignment with that policy.

Cap on Liability: Our total cumulative liability for any claims concerning these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us (if any) to use the application during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10. TERMINATION OF ACCESS We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license to use Phone Cleaner & Junk Cleaner immediately and without prior warning if you violate these Terms. You may terminate this legal agreement at any time by uninstalling and removing the application from your device.
11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our operational team is located, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
