Disclaimer: Realized performance gains depend on your hardware specifications, operating system version, and device condition. We make no promises or guarantees regarding precise battery longevity, speed improvements, or storage space optimization results.
To ensure software safety and operational integrity, you agree not to:
Inject malicious code, trojans, worms, or other harmful scripts into the application.
Use automated systems, bots, spiders, or crawlers to interact with our servers or infrastructure.
Interfere with or compromise the security and network stability of the Services.
Utilize the application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURELY AT ALL TIMES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
Maximum Liability: Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) to use the application during the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to liability.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to JunkClean: Phone Cleaner at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling and deleting the application from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which our team is operated, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
