Our role is to simplify the business side so that you can focus on practicing medicine the way you want to, without the overhead and corporate red tape.
About your consultant
After working for 8 years in vet med, both on the clinical and management side, I saw firsthand how many veterinarians were burnt out by paperwork, corporate production pressure, and a lack of autonomy. I also saw how mobile practice gave them a way out, and realized how few resources actually exist to help them make that leap.
With an MBA in Healthcare Management and deep knowledge of clinical operations, I built Juniper Family Veterinary as a consulting firm to guide DVMs through every step of starting their own mobile practice.
