This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to Jet View Realty ("Company") and governs data collection and usage for the mobile application The Junior Logician (the "App"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include Jet View Realty. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"):
Right to Know. You may request details on what personal data we collect, use, and share.
Right to Delete. You can request deletion of personal data.
Right to Correct. You may request corrections to inaccurate personal information.
Right against Retaliation. The Company will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
In order to provide you with the best experience, the Company may collect:
Anonymous Demographic Information: Such as your age group (e.g., Ages 3-4 or 5-6) to deliver appropriate educational content.
Transaction Information: When you purchase "Unlock All Puzzles," we collect your Google Play Order ID and purchase status to verify your transaction and restore access across devices.
Payment Data: The Company does NOT collect or store credit card numbers. All payments are processed securely by the Google Play Billing System. Google’s privacy policy governs the processing of your payment details.
The Junior Logician is designed for children. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or address) from children under 13.
We collect limited, non-persistent "Device Identifiers" solely for internal operations, such as purchase restoration and basic analytics to improve game performance.
We utilize a math-based Parental Gate to ensure that any external links or purchase screens are only accessible by adults.
Information about your mobile device hardware and software may be automatically collected by the App. This information can include: your IP address, device type, and unique device identifiers. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the App.
The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners (such as Google Analytics) to help perform statistical analysis. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Company.
Subject to certain exceptions, on receipt of a verifiable request from you at eshotoye@gmail.com, we will delete your data from our records and direct any service providers to do the same.
The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes by placing a prominent notice in the App or updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
