We are exploring SPINTRONICS which utilizes electron's both spin and charge, based on TWO-DIMENSIONAL (2D) MATERIALS. 

Our goal is to design and develop on-demand 2D material structures and realize highly efficient spintronic devices for the next semiconductor unit.

Moreover, the realization of an ATOMIC DEVICES is our ultimate target to open the era of an integrated device architecture. 

우리 연구실은 이차원물질을 기반으로 전자의 스핀과 전하 성질을 모두 사용하는 스핀트로닉스(자성소자)에 대한 연구를 합니다.

목표는 이차원물질을 설계하고 합성하여  고효율 스핀트로닉스 소자를 구현함으로써, 차세대 반도체소자의 역할을 이끌어나가는 것입니다.

더불어, 원자소자를 구현하여 통합된 소자체계를 만드는 궁극적인 목표를 지향합니다.
