LORIDORAN (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Betclic: Sport jump ball mobile application (“App”) and the related service available at jumpstats-scores.com (“Service”).
By using the App or Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information automatically when you use the App and interact with the leaderboard:
Technical and Device Information (Usage Data):
IP address
Device language and region settings
Platform (Android)
Device model and manufacturer
User-agent string and derived technical data
App version and diagnostic information (e.g., crashes, performance metrics)
Gameplay and Leaderboard Data (pseudonymized):
Randomly generated GUID (also referred to as teg) — a unique anonymous identifier created inside the App that is not linked to your device ID, Google account, or any real personal information.
Randomly generated Playername
Your score (number of points)
Data collected by Unity and Unity Analytics
The App is built using the Unity game engine and includes Unity Analytics. Unity Technologies and its Unity Analytics service may automatically collect technical data, including device identifiers, diagnostics, performance metrics, approximate location derived from IP address, and usage statistics. This data helps improve the stability, security, performance, and analytics of the App.

We do NOT collect:
Your real name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifiable personal information.
Persistent advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or IMEI).
Sensitive personal data.
Browsing history, cookies, or the content of pages you visit in Chrome Custom Tabs (except aggregated technical events: opened/closed successfully or with error).
All the data above is sent to our backend server at jumpstats-scores.com to enable leaderboard functionality and may also be processed by Unity Analytics as described.
2. How We Use the Information
We and Unity Analytics (where applicable) use the collected data solely for the following purposes:
Providing the core functionality of the App — saving and displaying your score on the global leaderboard.
Ensuring the technical operation, stability, security, and analytics of the Service.
Preventing abuse and ensuring fair play on the leaderboard (e.g., detecting unusual activity via IP and GUID).
Internal analysis and improvement of the App’s performance (aggregated statistics only).
Complying with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising, personalized profiling, cross-app tracking, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share the collected data only in the following limited cases:
With trusted service providers (e.g., hosting providers) and Unity Technologies (including Unity Analytics), who process data on our behalf or as part of the Unity Services under their agreements.
With law enforcement or government authorities if required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.
The App uses the following third-party services:

We do not use any advertising SDKs (Unity Ads, Google AdMob, etc.).
When you view the leaderboard, the App opens jumpstats-scores.com using Chrome Custom Tabs (CCT). In this case:
The page loads inside the secure Chrome environment.
We do not receive the content of the page, your Chrome cookies, browsing history, or any form data.
We only record minimal aggregated technical events (e.g., “leaderboard opened successfully”).
5. Data Retention
We retain the data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
Gameplay data (GUID, Playername, score) — as long as it is relevant for the leaderboard (usually until the user requests deletion or the data becomes outdated).
Technical logs and diagnostic data — for a short period (usually up to 30–90 days) for security and performance analysis.
You can request deletion of your data (including your GUID-linked score) at any time by contacting us (see section 10). After deletion, the data is permanently removed or anonymized.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable organizational and technical security measures to protect your data (HTTPS encryption for all transmissions, access controls, etc.). However, no system is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA) to:
Access, correct, or delete your data
Object to or restrict processing
Withdraw consent (where applicable)
To exercise these rights, contact us at star0odjo11@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., by providing your GUID).
Even without legal rights, you can always request deletion of your leaderboard entry.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App and on jumpstats-scores.com with a new “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review the Policy periodically.
