รังนกของจูมะม้าเป็นรังนกแท้เต็มเส้น ไม่ใส่สารข้นหนืด ไม่ปะปนวุ้นเส้น ลูกค้าประจำหลายคนกินกันมาตั้งแต่รุ่นพ่อแม่จนถึงรุ่นลูกหลาน เมนูยอดนิยมคือรังนกตุ๋นร้อน ๆ กับน้ำตาลกรวดหรือแปะก๊วย รังนกพร้อมดื่มแบบขวด และชุดของขวัญสำหรับเยี่ยมญาติผู้ใหญ่ นอกจากนี้ยังมีขนมหวานจีนโบราณ (ทังซุย) ให้ลองอีกหลายเมนู

在曼谷耀华力路（唐人街），提起正宗燕窝，老街坊都会告诉你一个名字：珠妈妈燕窝（Jumama）。三十八年来，我们一家人坚持用同一个祖传秘方：手工挑毛、小锅慢炖、每日新鲜炖煮，不加增稠剂，不偷工减料。
燕窝自古以来被视为滋补珍品，但市面上的燕窝良莠不齐。珠妈妈只选用完整真燕盏，炖出来的燕窝口感顺滑、甜度恰到好处——这也是许多老顾客一吃就是几十年的原因。

If you ask people in Yaowarat where to find real bird's nest in Bangkok, one name keeps coming up: Jumama (จูมะม้า · 珠妈妈燕窝). For more than 38 years, our family has been preparing bird's nest the same way — cleaned by hand, double-boiled slowly in small batches, and served fresh every day from the heart of Bangkok's Chinatown.
Bird's nest has been treasured in Chinese tradition for centuries as a delicacy for skin, energy, and overall wellness. But not all bird's nest is the same. Much of what is sold today is heavily diluted or artificially thickened. At Jumama, we use genuine whole nests, and we stew them gently the traditional way — no shortcuts, no artificial thickeners — following the same family recipe that made our little Yaowarat shop a local institution.
Regular customers come for the classic hot bowl of stewed bird's nest with rock sugar or ginkgo. Visitors love our bottled bird's nest to take back to their hotel, and our gift sets — a favourite for visiting parents and grandparents. We also serve traditional Chinese dessert soups (tong shui).
