Responsible for scheduling production meetings for our 10+ show season. I developed my own system to keep things organized.

Our spaces are shared for shows, classes, and rentals. I create a schedule each week so each show knows whether they need to strike everything that day.

Create contracts for all designers, crew, and other show staff. 

Responsible for inputting all contracts into our payroll system so people get paid on time and accurately!
