Stage & Production Management Apprentice
Supported an 18+ show season consisting of a main stage season geared towards 3rd - 5th graders, Theatre for the Very Young Productions, a robust student show curriculum, and special events. I supported the successful transition from one production manager to another. This included taking on extra responsibilities like being the lead pM for our five-week-long student show bonanza (two productions and three showcases back to back).
Responsible for scheduling production meetings for our 15+ show season. I developed my own system to keep things organized.
Our spaces are shared for shows, classes, and rentals. I create a schedule each week so each show knows whether they need to strike everything that day.
Wrote several in depth policies, handbooks, and guides to document our process. Also added valueble insight on how to consistantly do things over time.
Responsible for creating all production department contracts, monitoring signature status, and inputting all payment information through Bill.com.
Additionally responsible for:
Created several custom databases to gather information
Supporting the production management team during tech
Made requested contract changes, LOAs, and amendments
Coordinating Cleaning Schedules
Taking meeting notes at 3+ meetings a week
Other production administrative tasks
