Venus

Venus is a striking grey beauty with a gentle, sensitive soul. Julia lovingly described her as a “delicate sweetie,” and noted that her resident cats liked Venus the best—a true testament to her calm, kind presence.

Venus may be a bit shy at first in a new environment, but she is quietly affectionate and loves to play. Once she gets going, her acrobatics and jumps rival those of her brother, Baby Sir. She also loves treats—roll a few on the floor and she will come right out, eyes bright and ears perky. With a little patience, she’ll soon be eating right out of your hand. Once she feels safe, her sweetness really shines through.

Venus was born indoors in April 2021 after her mother, RosaMa, was rescued while pregnant. She grew up in the loving, safe, and caring home Julia provided for her, RosaMa, and her siblings, and therefore is friendly and affectionate with people.

💗 Important adoption note: Venus must be adopted together with her mother, RosaMa. They are deeply bonded and provide comfort and confidence to one another. Venus and RosaMa will do best in a calm home with adopters who understand that shy cats need time to decompress and who will let them set the pace. In return, you’ll gain loving companions with beautiful spirits.
