I have been practising and teaching Pilates for over 10 years and feel grateful to be able do something I really love every day. I'm an advocate of the many health benefits that Pilates can bring to all ages and abilities. I tailor my classes in such a way so that everyone will feel comfortable and challenged at the same time.
