Eulaenne

Dear Little One

Eulaenne is a kids wear brand that serves children, both girls and boys, from ages 2 to 5. Believing in comfy clothes are as good as warm hugs, the brand hopes to provide a loving environment to raise a confident and cheerful child. With that, our tagline is "Dear Little One" which speaks the mind of a parent and shows that we adore children.

Eulaenne is used in a few assignments and modules with different objectives:

Retail Buying

This subject covers the fundamentals of retail buying and incorprates merchandising mathematic principles for sales forecasting, process of developing profitable merchandise assortment and dealing with suppliers.

With that, I produced a retail buying plan, sales promotion plan, and promotion mechanics.

Retail Space Planning

As the name suggests, this module covers space planning for retail outlets. From store location to signage, displays, and consumer traffic patterns, every detail is planned with an effective layout.

Childlike and Fairytale are some keywords for the brand Eulaenne. Retail space planning is done to enhance consumers' experience by narrating the brand story and concept with the store space.  Hence, my intended store atmosphere is a theme park, which is the children's favourite place. 

I came up with a planogram and floor plan using Adobe Illustrator to plan the fixtures, merchandise assortment, and consumer traffic flow for the first assignment. For the next, I used Google Sketchup to model a 3D version of my store plan.
