Hello and welcome to my website. I am an Assistant Professor (Adiunkt) at Dioscuri Centre in Topological Data Analysis/Mathematical Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences. I investigate the interplay between algebraic topology, differential topology, combinatorial topology, and applied topology (in particular persistent topology and discrete Morse theory). Currently, I focus on broadening my research area towards the applications, e.g. in topological data analysis. If you're interested in discussing any of these topics with me, you are very welcome to contact me via email!
Previously, I did my PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) at MPIM Bonn/University of Bonn under the supervision of Dr. Viktoriya Ozornova and Prof. Dr. Carl-Friedrich Bödigheimer, and my M.Sc. and B.Sc. at Ruhr University Bochum under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Gerd Laures.
