This privacy policy applies to the Juegos de Geografía app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Iván Muriel (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or usage data when you download and use it. The Service Provider does not track your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your usage patterns, the time spent on the Application, or your operating system.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Since the Application does not collect personal data, the Service Provider does not share your information with third parties. However, please note that the Application is distributed through the Google Play Store, which utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling basic app usage and crash data. The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected device data (such as anonymous crash logs provided by Google) only:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all interaction with the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
Since the Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or usage data, the Service Provider does not retain any User Provided data on any servers. All game progress or settings are saved locally on your own device. If you uninstall the Application, all local data will be deleted automatically from your device.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information (for example, via email contact), the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (ivanmuriel99@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
