Judy Rodgers IRBS (Instant Pot Recipe Book Staples) is the working title of the upcoming debut cookbook release from amateur chef and food & wine pairing aficionado, Judy Rodgers.

When the Instant Pot was released in 2010, Judy Rodgers was like many amateur chefs and at-home cooks who took an immediate interest in the multicooker device.  A unique hybrid of a pressure cooker and a slow cooker, the Instant Pot presents a plethora of potential for pumping up the cooking process of virtually any dish!  Rodgers has made the Instant Pot the center of her at-home cooking experiences.  She is beloved among family and friends for her cuisine, which largely focuses on classic Italian recipes.  And of course, she always uses her Instant Pot!  Rodgers’ love of the device has evolved into a full-blown passion.  Now she’s working towards developing a cookbook with the device in mind called Judy Rodgers IRBS (Instant Pot Recipe Book Staples), featuring how to style recipes on classic Italian food cooked in the Instant Pot!

Of course, you can’t go all in with Italian cuisine without a proper wine pairing!  Outside of her cooking, Judy Rodgers is an avid visitor of wineries and wine tasting events.  She also enjoys watching chef shows and reading books that focus on the scientific and artistic sides of wine tasting and food and drink pairings.
