Suggestions for easy ATV trail ridding:
From the drive way at Jubilation Springs turn right up the dirt road on Old Oregon Road and drive for 0.5 miles. About 100 feet after the road has a sharp right bend you will see a dirt trail on the left side of the road. Do not enter through a gate, that is private property. When this trail joins another trail go right. There is a pond on your right side. 1.7 miles after the pond there are several good options to explore.
Another option is to enjoy ridding on the dirt roads through the 8 mile Canyon. From the driveway of Jubilation Springs turn left on Old Oregon Road. At the stop sign turn left on Bailey Creek Road (1.5 miles from the cabin). At the next stop sign turn right on Nounan Road. Before Nounan Road turns into a dirt road you will turn right onto Eight Mile Creek Road (5.1 miles from the cabin). This road will also turn into a dirt road and will take you through the canyon where you will see beautiful mountain views. The side trails that veer off the main road get steep and rocky and should be ridden by experienced drivers.
Across from the driveway at Jubilation Springs is a parking lot and trailhead. When you come to the river go left and across the river. After crossing the river when the trail splits stay right. Follow the trail straight 1.1 miles on the trail 400 then you will get to a foot bridge on the right that lead to a single track trail that goes back down the mountain. The other trails that can be accessed in this area get very steep and rocky and should be ridden by experienced drivers.Â
