Researcher and public servant in Economics

I am a public servant in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, Government of Chile, and I am teaching at the School of Government in Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.

I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics under the supervision of Karen Macours.
