I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Concepción and a member of the Environment for Development (EfD) Chile network.
My research explores the intersection of environmental and resource economics with socioeconomic vulnerability. I am particularly interested in the sustainable management of fisheries and the relationship between environmental change and poverty.
I combine theoretical insights with empirical analysis, drawing primarily on game theory and microeconometric methods.
