I am an assistant professor in the Deparment of Economics and Finance at the University of BioBio (Universidad del BioBio). I am also a member of the Environment for Development Chile (EfD).
My research focuses on environmental and resource economics as well as vulnerability. I am particularly interested in the sustainable management of fisheries and in the relationship between environment and poverty.
My work combines theory with empirical data analysis, mostly using game theory and micro econometric methods.
