FOLLOW THESE FEW STEPS AND YOU WILL BE ON YOUR WAY TO SOBRIETY. SOBRIETY FROM PILLS, ALCOHOL, DRUGS, PEOPLE...ETC WHATEVER YOUR ADDICTION IS LET YOUR SOBRIETY START HERE....

STEP ONE: The first step in the jumping thru darkness program is to ask yourself why do you have an addiction?

STEP TWO: The second step is to think about what does your addiction really do for you.

STEP THREE: This step is simple can you say that you are the same person when you are in your addiction, that you are when you are not in your addiction.

STEP FOUR: FIND A METHOD IN JTD BOOK 2 TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR ADDICTION. ( MONTH TO MONTH METHOD )(THE HOLIDAY METHOD)( THE HALF FULL MEANS EMPTY METHOD).

STEP FIVE: DON'T WAKE UP THE SECOND DAY YOU START FIGHTING YOUR ADDICTION

AND DIVE INTO RELIGION AS A REPLACEMENT. EVERYONE NEEDS GOD BUT TO AN ADDICTIVE MIND THE CONCEPT TO FAST CAN MAKE YOU WANNA GIVE IN TO YOUR ADDICTION BECAUSE OF AN LOW STANDARD OF SELF WORTH. SO WORK WITH YOUR CHURCH AT A SLOW PACE AS YOU WORK THIS PROGRAM.

STEP SIX: DON'T LOOK FOR SOMETHING TO REPLACE YOUR ADDICTION.

STEP SEVEN: DON'T GIVE UP UNTIL YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE WON.NO ONE BUT YOU WILL EVER KNOW IF YOU TRULY ARE CLEAN. YOU MAYBE HIDING YOUR ADDICTION.SO NEVER GIVE UP EVEN WHEN YOU ARE WEAK.

STEP EIGHT: IF PEOPLE,PLACES AND THINGS ARE YOUR PROBLEM THEN CHANGE THEM. MOVE TO A DIFFERENT HOUSE, FIND A NEW MATE. BUY NEW CLOTHES. MOST OF ALL GET AWAY FROM THE NORMAL AND START YOU A NEW LIFE.

STEP NINE: BE HONEST TO YOURSELF WHEN YOU BECOME WEAK. THEN TELL YOURSELF YOU STILL WANT TO BE CLEAN.

STEP TEN: REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE AND MEMORIZE THE JUMPING THRU DARKNESS CREED WHICH IS(YOU CLEAN, MEANS ME CLEAN, MEANS WE CLEAN).
