Insurance Requirements - For Program Coordinators
Certificates of Insurance must be uploaded to the Google Drive Folder
Weather Cancellations 🌦️
IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE: None at this time.
Site Host makes the call on weather. Per our Bylaws; "Inclement weather is the only reason that games will be canceled. If a home team is considering canceling a game due to weather, the home team should not cancel all games for that day until they are sure that the weather will prohibit any game play for the rest of that day or the owner of the field has denied them access."
Host contacts the Refs & coordinators to cancel or push back games with a minimum of 2 hours notice. Nicole sends an email with all coordinators and refs on it, please use that to send notice.
Coaches may work together to reschedule (if the Site Host did not provide an alternative schedule). All efforts should be made so that the host team keeps their home games.
Coordinators ONLY contact Nicole for ref assignments.
Once confirmed with the assignor, please send Laura the update for the Tourney Machine schedule.
To dispute scores, you will need a photo of the official score sheet at each table. All Coaches should take a photo of the score sheet before leaving the field.
