If you want a realistic, no-electronics prop for rockstar cosplay or Halloween parties, choose Jsuslife Fake Headset; if you need a soft, skin-like protective cover to shield your actual AirPods Max from scratches and bumps, choose QYFZXLV Electroplated Silver Case. These two items sit at opposite ends of the accessory spectrum—one is a costume piece designed to look like audio gear without any function, while the other is a functional armor plate for high-end headphones that actually exists.
• Jsuslife Fake Headset: The standout strength is its ability to create an immersive "rockstar" visual for performances and dress-up events with comfortable over-ear sizing; the trade-off is that it offers zero audio functionality, connectivity, or sound quality since it is purely a plastic prop.
• QYFZXLV Electroplated Silver Case: Its biggest advantage is the premium, anti-yellow material that provides 360-degree shock protection and an anti-slip grip for real AirPods Max owners; the limitation is that it serves only as a shell and cannot be used independently without the actual headphones inside.
• Who this is for: The Jsuslife headset fits parents looking for party props or adults wanting a fun costume accessory, while the QYFZXLV case is strictly for people who own AirPods Max and want to preserve their investment during travel or daily use.
The Jsuslife Fake Headset is not designed to deliver music; it is engineered entirely for the stage, the photo op, and the imagination. If you are planning a Halloween party, a school talent show, or a family game night where kids want to pretend they are famous singers, this prop delivers exactly what it promises. The design mimics a classic over-ear headphone style with rounded earpieces and a headband that feels substantial enough to wear comfortably. What makes it particularly effective for children and adults alike is the humanized size design that accommodates various head shapes without pinching. The manufacturer has included sponge pads on the ear hooks, which significantly reduces friction against the skin, making it possible to wear the headset for extended periods during a performance or a long play session.
For anyone interested in on ear headphones for commuting who actually needs to hear their surroundings, this product is a hard no—it is a silent, non-functional plastic shell. However, for the specific niche of costume enthusiasts, the realism is impressive. The thickened plastic construction allows the headband to be adjusted and moved into the exact position needed for the perfect silhouette. There is no wireless technology, no Bluetooth, and no headphone jack because the entire point is visual imitation. It transforms the wearer into a "superstar" instantly, boosting confidence and sparking creativity in younger users who want to feel like they are fronting a band. It is a tool for social interaction, encouraging parent-child bonding through role-playing games and helping kids exercise their desire to perform.

You should buy this if you need a lightweight, odor-free microphone prop with a soft sponge covering for a themed event. It is ideal for birthdays, Christmas gatherings, or any scenario where the goal is to look like a musician rather than listen to one. However, if you are looking for actual noise isolation or a device that can play music while you walk down the street, skip this immediately. It is a toy, a gag gift, and a theatrical aid, but it is not audio equipment. The age range starts at six years old, making it a safe and durable option for family fun, provided you understand that the "audio" experience is purely in your mind.
In stark contrast, the QYFZXLV Electroplated Silver Case is built for the practical owner of Apple's flagship over-ear headphones. This product does not pretend to be something it isn't; it is a dedicated storage solution designed to protect expensive hardware. The primary appeal here is the material quality. It features a skin-like surface made from a premium soft substance that resists yellowing over time, a common issue with cheaper plastics. For commuters who carry their headphones in bags or backpacks, the anti-scratch and anti-fingerprint properties are essential. The electroplated silver finish adds a sleek aesthetic that complements the original look of the headphones while adding a layer of defense against accidental drops, bumps, and shocks.
This case is specifically tailored for those who prioritize durability and portability. The design ensures a snug fit that handles every hole and edge of the AirPods Max perfectly, meaning the buttons and ports remain accessible even when the headphones are stored. The inclusion of anti-slip stripes means the case won't slide around in a gym bag or slip out of your hand during a quick grab-and-go moment. It wraps the headphones fully, offering 360-degree coverage that shields the delicate mesh and metal components from dust and debris. If you are someone who travels frequently or uses your headphones in active environments, this case acts as a necessary shield.
However, it is important to note that this is a case, not a standalone item. It requires the actual AirPods Max to function. If you do not own these specific headphones, this product has no utility for you. It is also worth noting that while the case adds a layer of protection, it is designed not to add significant bulk, maintaining the streamlined profile of the original device. It is a thoughtful addition for anyone who wants to extend the lifespan of their gear without compromising on style. If you value the longevity of your electronics and want a cover that feels soft to the touch and looks professional, this is the logical choice for protecting your investment.
• Best for visual impact and role-play → Jsuslife Fake Headset: If the goal is to transform your appearance for a party or photoshoot, the realistic styling and adjustable fit make this the clear winner.
• Best for physical protection and durability → QYFZXLV Electroplated Silver Case: If you need to prevent scratches, dents, and dust damage to your actual headphones, the anti-shock, full-wrap design is superior.
• Best for comfort during long wear → Jsuslife Fake Headset: The sponge pads on the ear hooks reduce skin friction, allowing for hours of costume wear without irritation.
• Best for travel safety → QYFZXLV Electroplated Silver Case: The anti-slip stripes and shock-absorbing material ensure your headphones stay secure and scratch-free in a crowded commute or bag.
• Best for creative play and social skills → Jsuslife Fake Headset: Designed to stimulate children's creativity and improve social skills through performance games, it is a tool for connection.
• Best for preserving high-value assets → QYFZXLV Electroplated Silver Case: The anti-yellow material and precise fit safeguard the resale value and pristine condition of your expensive headphones.
• Best for battery-free scenarios → Jsuslife Fake Headset: Since it has no electronics, there is no charging required, making it ready to use instantly for any spontaneous event.
• Best for everyday carry (with headphones) → QYFZXLV Electroplated Silver Case: It turns a fragile luxury item into a rugged companion for daily routines.
When I look at the specifications and intended purposes, the decision comes down to whether you are trying to look like a musician or protect one. If you are heading to a party, a concert venue for a fan event, or simply want to have fun with your kids pretending to be rockstars, the Jsuslife Fake Headset is the only logical choice because it delivers the visual illusion perfectly. On the other hand, if you own a pair of AirPods Max and you want to keep them pristine during your daily commute, the QYFZXLV Electroplated Silver Case is the essential guardian you need. In my opinion, for anyone serious about maintaining their audio gear, the protective case is the more practical investment, but for pure entertainment value and creative expression, the fake headset wins hands down. Ultimately, both serve their specific niches well, so choose based on whether you need a costume piece or a shield for your tech.
