I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Mississippi State University. My research is in the area of graph theory and matroid theory. A short introduction to matroid theory can be found in the paper "Briefly, what is a matroid?" by James Oxley. I worked under the supervision of James Oxley for my PhD and graduated in 2022 from Louisiana State University. My CV is here. Before joining LSU, I obtained an integrated BS-MS Dual degree from IISER Mohali.

"Pure mathematics is, in its way, the poetry of logical ideas"
- Albert Einstein
Being able to convey these logical ideas to others gives a feeling of satisfaction and joy. This is the reason I love teaching.
