GULAM JILANI ANSARI built the JSC Classes app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Jilani Sir / JSC Classes and is intended for use as is. This page informs visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.
We recognize that our users have different levels of maturity. We categorize our data handling based on the following age groups:
Users Aged 13–15: We collect only the minimum necessary data (Name, State, Class) to provide educational services. We recommend that users in this bracket review this policy with a parent or guardian.
Users Aged 16–17: We provide enhanced transparency regarding how data is used for progress tracking and analytics.
Users Aged 18 and Over: Standard commercial terms apply for account management and payment processing.
For a better experience, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information:
User Profile Data: Name, Email, Phone Number, State, and Class. This is used for login authentication and stored securely in our Firebase database.
Educational Data: Student progress, quiz scores, and course completion status to help you track your learning.
Payment Information: For users purchasing courses (typically 18+ or under parental supervision), we use Razorpay. We do not store card details; these are handled securely by the payment gateway.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, we take extra care:
Minimal Tracking: We limit the use of behavioral tracking for users in this age bracket.
Purpose: Your data is used strictly for educational progress and app functionality, not for third-party marketing.
Safety: We encourage you not to share your full address or private contact details in any public-facing parts of the app if applicable.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.
Log Data: In case of an error, we collect "Log Data" (IP address, device name, OS version) to fix bugs.
Security: We use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Users aged 13–17 are encouraged to check this page with a parent.
