Class overview:
The trail class tests the maneuverability of the horse and rider through an obstacle course. Riders may be asked to open a gate, maneuver through poles, or a variety of other obstacles.
Head: Riders will wear a western hat that is in good condition.
Hair: Riders must have their hair pulled back, often in a ponytail or bun.
Shirt: Riders will wear a Western show shirt, usually to match
their pad/outfit to create an aesthetic image while being judged.
Pants: Riders will wear jeans with chaps
Boots: Riders will wear western boots that are in good condition.
Gloves: Gloves are not worn while showing in trail

Bridle: Riders may use any western bridle or bosal
Saddle: Riders may use any western saddle in good condition.
Saddle pad: Riders may use a western show pad, usually matching their outfit to make an aesthetic image while being judged
No leg protection is used in trail
Horses mane should be well maintained (short/pulled or in button braids)
