Welcome to JoyClip ("JoyClip", "we", "us", or "our")—an AI-powered photo generation tool that enables users to upload photos containing human faces or bodies and generate new images in distinct styles. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not understand these Terms or do not accept any part of them, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 14 years of age to use JoyClip. Users under the age of 18 may only use the Service with the accompaniment and prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. All modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
To access certain features of JoyClip, you need to create an account ("Account") and provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information as requested in the registration form. You may delete your Account at any time by following the instructions within JoyClip. Please note that we may suspend or terminate your Account in accordance with Section 9 (Right to Terminate).
If you register for JoyClip using a third-party account (e.g., social media account), you authorize us to access that third-party account in compliance with the third party’s terms and conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (e.g., username, password) and for all activities conducted under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, suspected unauthorized use of your Account, or other security breaches.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above obligations.
JoyClip offers fee-based services, including subscriptions and virtual items ("Paid Services"). You may purchase these services via the Apple App Store.
You may opt to subscribe to Paid Services on a weekly or annual basis. Your Subscription will automatically renew upon expiration. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel the Subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
The Service utilizes a credit system ("Credits") for AI content generation.
Usage: Credits are deducted when you generate content. Different features may consume different amounts of Credits.
No Monetary Value: Credits have no monetary value and are not property. They cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash.
Expiration: Unless otherwise stated, Credits allocated via a recurring subscription expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased as separate packs may have different validity periods as specified at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable: All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or amend Paid Services and Subscription rules at any time. For inquiries or refund requests related to payments made through the Apple App Store, please contact Apple directly in accordance with their policies.
By using JoyClip, you agree to comply with the following code of conduct. Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account without notice. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any violating users.
Do not use JoyClip for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
Do not generate images containing hate speech, violence, sexually explicit or pornographic material, or any form of discrimination (e.g., based on race, gender, religion, nationality).
Do not generate images that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Do not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, or edit any intellectual property owned by JoyClip or its licensors.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, hack, or bypass any security features of JoyClip or its services.
Do not use JoyClip to harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person or entity.
Do not upload viruses, malware, or malicious code that could damage JoyClip, its servers, or other users’ devices.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or functionality of JoyClip or its associated servers/networks.
Do not collect, store, or use any personal information of other users without their explicit written consent.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and content) are exclusively owned by JoyClip and/or its licensors.
We do not claim ownership rights to any content created by you ("User Content"). User Content remains your sole property. However, by submitting, posting, displaying, creating, or otherwise making User Content available on or through the Service, you expressly grant JoyClip a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to: (a) use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information about, edit, translate, distribute, syndicate, publicly perform, and publicly display the User Content; (b) use the User Content to improve existing products and develop new products (including but not limited to training JoyClip’s AI models); and (c) create derivative works of the User Content, including using your name, sound, and/or likeness contained therein. This license applies to any form, media, or technology (whether now known or hereafter developed).
JoyClip assumes no responsibility or liability for any User Content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service by you, other users, or third parties. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing or publishing it. You acknowledge that JoyClip acts merely as a passive conduit for the distribution of User Content. You understand that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, inappropriate for minors, or otherwise unsuitable, and agree that JoyClip shall not be liable for any damages arising from such exposure.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. We may remove any infringing material from the Service upon becoming aware of it and may terminate the Accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service, including all materials, User Content, information, and software integrated therein, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JoyClip makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or technical compatibility.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses/malicious components; nor do we warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JoyClip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
JoyClip shall not be liable for any damages arising from products, services, or information provided by third parties or accessed through the Service.
These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your right to use the Service (including your Account) at any time, for any reason, and at our sole discretion—including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your Account and all rights to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your User Content associated with the Account from our live databases. JoyClip shall not be liable to you for any termination of your rights under these Terms, including termination of your Account or deletion of User Content.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are originally written in English. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JoyClip concerning the Service, superseding all prior oral or written understandings, representations, negotiations, and discussions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to comply with the law. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be stricken, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including questions regarding existence, validity, or termination) shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time of the dispute. The seat of arbitration is Singapore, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties; if no agreement is reached, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. The parties agree to comply with the award without delay and waive any right to appeal or recourse to any court, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This arbitration clause survives the termination of these Terms.
