These terms govern the subscription and billing services for JoyClip (the "Platform"). By subscribing to paid services or using a free trial, you acknowledge and agree to all provisions below.
We may offer free trials of certain paid features. Your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price specified on the payment page (for the selected subscription term) if you do not cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it expires.
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, yearly, or other term selected at purchase). Auto-renewal will continue indefinitely until you actively cancel it.
Subscription fees will be charged to the payment method you provided during purchase. By completing the subscription process, you authorize us to deduct the applicable fee from your designated payment method in each billing cycle.
Your access to AI generation features is managed via virtual credits ("Credits").
Subscription Credits: As a subscriber, you receive a recurring allocation of Credits at the start of each billing cycle (e.g., weekly, monthly). Note: Unused Subscription Credits do not roll over and will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
Extra Credit Packs: You may purchase additional standalone Credit Packs ("Add-on Credits") to supplement your balance. Unlike Subscription Credits, these Add-on Credits remain valid until used (or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase) and do not expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Consumption Priority: When generating content, your Subscription Credits will be consumed before your Add-on Credits.
No Monetary Value: Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Canceling your subscription will terminate the auto-renewal feature, but you will retain access to all subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Important Note: Uninstalling the JoyClip app does not constitute cancellation and will not stop auto-renewal charges.
1.5.1 Cancellation Methods by Purchase Channel
Apple In-App Purchases: Cancel by disabling auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. To avoid next-cycle charges, complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends. Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions are managed solely by Apple; refer to the Apple Support website for additional guidance.
Web or External Platform Purchases: Cancel through your JoyClip account dashboard within the app or via our official website.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, subject to applicable legal restrictions. If a price change occurs, we will notify you in advance via in-app alerts, email, or other prominent notifications. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect if you do not accept the adjusted fee.
Apple In-App Purchases: Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Apple’s policies. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple following their established procedures.
Web or External Platform Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through our website or external links are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by mandatory applicable law. Any exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

By using JoyClip, you agree to comply with the following code of conduct. Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account without notice. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any violating users.
Do not use JoyClip for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
Do not generate images containing hate speech, violence, sexually explicit or pornographic material, or any form of discrimination (e.g., based on race, gender, religion, nationality).
Do not generate images that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Do not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, or edit any intellectual property owned by JoyClip or its licensors.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, hack, or bypass any security features of JoyClip or its services.
Do not use JoyClip to harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person or entity.
Do not upload viruses, malware, or malicious code that could damage JoyClip, its servers, or other users’ devices.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or functionality of JoyClip or its associated servers/networks.
Do not collect, store, or use any personal information of other users without their explicit written consent.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and content) are exclusively owned by JoyClip and/or its licensors.
We do not claim ownership rights to any content created by you ("User Content"). User Content remains your sole property. However, by submitting, posting, displaying, creating, or otherwise making User Content available on or through the Service, you expressly grant JoyClip a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to: (a) use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information about, edit, translate, distribute, syndicate, publicly perform, and publicly display the User Content; (b) use the User Content to improve existing products and develop new products (including but not limited to training JoyClip’s AI models); and (c) create derivative works of the User Content, including using your name, sound, and/or likeness contained therein. This license applies to any form, media, or technology (whether now known or hereafter developed).
JoyClip assumes no responsibility or liability for any User Content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service by you, other users, or third parties. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing or publishing it. You acknowledge that JoyClip acts merely as a passive conduit for the distribution of User Content. You understand that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, inappropriate for minors, or otherwise unsuitable, and agree that JoyClip shall not be liable for any damages arising from such exposure.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. We may remove any infringing material from the Service upon becoming aware of it and may terminate the Accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service, including all materials, User Content, information, and software integrated therein, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JoyClip makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or technical compatibility.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses/malicious components; nor do we warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JoyClip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
JoyClip shall not be liable for any damages arising from products, services, or information provided by third parties or accessed through the Service.
These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your right to use the Service (including your Account) at any time, for any reason, and at our sole discretion—including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your Account and all rights to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your User Content associated with the Account from our live databases. JoyClip shall not be liable to you for any termination of your rights under these Terms, including termination of your Account or deletion of User Content.
These Terms are originally written in English. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JoyClip concerning the Service, superseding all prior oral or written understandings, representations, negotiations, and discussions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to comply with the law. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be stricken, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including questions regarding existence, validity, or termination) shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time of the dispute. The seat of arbitration is Singapore, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties; if no agreement is reached, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. The parties agree to comply with the award without delay and waive any right to appeal or recourse to any court, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This arbitration clause survives the termination of these Terms.
